• Develop the knowledge, skill and aptitude to creatively and systematically apply the principles and practices of management, accountancy, finance, business law, statistics, HR, operations and IT to management problems and work effectively in modern day business and non-business organizations.
• Demonstrate the critical thinking mindset and the ability to identify and formulate research problems, research literature, design tools, analyse and interpret data, and synthesize the information to provide valid conclusions and contextual approaches across a variety of subject matter.
• Exhibit self-confidence and awareness of general issues prevailing in the society and communicate effectively with the accounting, commerce, management, business, professional fraternity and with society at large through digital and non-digital media and using a variety of modes such as effective reports & documentation, effective presentations, and give and receive clear instructions.

• BBA program has been designed to prepare graduates for attaining the following specific outcomes:

• Business Knowledge: Students can demonstrate technical competence in domestic and global business through the study of major disciplines within the fields of business.

10+2 pass in any stream from recognize board with minimum 50% marks or equivalent grade. (45% for SC/ST Candidates)

There are plenty of government as well as private sector jobs available for MBA students. They may be appointed as Management Trainee, Executives, Manager, Administrator, and Researcher or can start their own ventures. While freshers may get entry level jobs, experienced candidates may get higher positions with attractive pay packages. Students can also opt for post graduate studies i.e. MBA or PGDBM

The duration of the Program is three years. Each year is divided into two semesters, viz., Odd Semester comprising the period between July and December / January and Even Semester comprising the period between January and May/June.
