Program Overview
Agriculture is the most important sector of the Indian economy. Hence this postgraduate degree program in Agriculture Science has a special significance as it aims at imparting updated knowledge of agriculture farming techniques and skills to the students. The candidate seeking admission to this program should have a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry or any allied/ relevant field from a recognized University/ Institution with minimum 50% marks or equivalent grade. (45% marks in case of SC/ST candidates)
Duration of this program is two years. The program is divided into four semesters of 6 months each.
